I’m busy investing in businesses. My goal is to connects deals, capital, people, ideas and opportunity. I love putting deals together, connecting with people and finding new and exciting ways to create value in businesses in a wide range of industries and opportunities.
I’m the Managing Partner of Mobile Funnels LLC, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Pogona Corp. and a founder/partner in several other entities, including real estate investing entities. I’m an investor/advisor to fast growing technology companies including Blackbox AI, Premium 10X, etc.
From 2019-2021, I led the technical team for an up and coming Texas-based martech SaaS firm. This led to working closely with several hundred small business owners and sales professionals across a wide array of industries.
During this period, I was in talks with three separate marketing software companies to take on a Chief Operating Officer role. In 2022, I was approached to head up an SEO team for a major media outlet based in Chicago. In that same year, I was also asked to re-join the Texas SaaS firm to head up a new initiative. In each case, I turned down each opportunity in order to focus on pursuing personal ambitions. In 2022 and beyond, my goal has to invest in small businesses to fuel impactful growth.
From 2012-2017, I managed over 20 Research Analysts for a boutique market research firm. As Vice President of Research, I conducted annual research that led to work being cited numerous times in the press, including the Wall Street Journal. The research was used by the U.S. Senate in special committee hearings regarding corporate taxation. Working closely with Big 4 firm audit clients, a major stock exchange, and a public policy organization, I helped guide, develop, and manage several large custom projects to meet clients’ workflows.
A proud alumnus of West Virginia University’s MBA program, I supplemented my education via additional graduate coursework in the University of Albany’s Accounting & Taxation program while working full-time at General Electric in Schenectady, NY. I helped in the transition of GE’s pension plans from in-house to third-party administration.
Since 2017, I have served on my town’s Economic Development Committee.
